Returns & Refunds Policy

You are entitled to cancel your order within 03 days without giving any reason for doing so.

The deadline for canceling an order is 03 days from the date you received the goods or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered.

In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement.

We will reimburse you no later than 07 days from the day on which we receive the returned goods. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

Conditions for returns:

In order for the goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • The goods were purchased in the last 03 days

  • The goods are in the original packaging and not opened.

  • The tax amount and courier charges will be deducted from original total amount.

The following goods cannot be returned:

  • The supply of goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized.

  • The supply of goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, for example goods which deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.

  • The supply of goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.

  • The supply of goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.

If you encounter a product leak or damage during delivery, please email us within 48 hours of the delivery date. We will facilitate a product exchange for items that meet the criteria of being returned in an undamaged, saleable condition, in their original packaging, and verified as damaged or faulty. Please allow one to three weeks from the date of your return for your exchange request to be processed and completed.

Kindly reach out to us within 48 hours of receiving the product you wish to exchange or seek a refund at support@indusveda.com. Please include the following details in your email:

Order Number, Invoice Number, Details of your Request or Complaint, Images or videos supporting your complaint, clearly displaying batch details

Required Visual Documentation:

1. Unsealed, Leaking, or Damaged Product:

- Clear images or videos of the unsealed, leaking, or broken product

- Images or videos of any spillage, the mono-carton, and outer packaging

- If the seal is tampered with, provide images to substantiate your claim

2. Empty, Reduced Volume, Missing, or Incorrect Product:

- Clear images or videos of the empty, faulty, underfilled, missing, or incorrect product

- Images or videos of any spillage (if applicable), the mono-carton, and outer packaging

3. Excessively Dirty Internal and Outer Packaging:

- Clear images or videos of the entire open package received

- Images or videos of the mono-carton and outer packaging

Once we receive all necessary details, our team will respond within three working days. If an exchange is approved, you will be notified with an authorization number, and we will arrange for a reverse pick-up of the product. For refunds, once approved, the refund will be processed within 10-15 days, and you will receive an email confirmation.

Return Package Instructions:

- Pack products in the original packaging

- Include the original receipt during the reverse pick-up

- Include a document with the following:

Dispatch Address, Customer Name & Address, Order Number, Contents of the Package

Email this document and an image of the reverse pick-up consignment (both inside and outside packaging) to our Customer Care representative.

Once received by our warehouse team, the exchange order will be processed within 24 hours, and you will be informed of the new consignment tracking details.

Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us. You should send the goods to the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.

Gifts:

Orders for gift boxes are not eligible for exchange or refund through Indus Veda. Indus Veda is not responsible for any damage that occurs after the product has been delivered to you.
